Easy Summer Dessert

I made this Blueberry Crisp for a cookout recently and it was a hit! Keeping in mind the hour bake time, the prep work was very easy. Blueberries are so good right now and I didn't feel like this was overly sweet. Serve with vanilla ice cream and you're sure to please! If you're carrying it to a friend's house, these insulated market tote baskets are great. You can find them locally at Cameron & Co. in the Village of Pinehurst and they can even monogram it for you. Cute!!
