Healthy Lunching

Mmmm...these smoothie recipes inspire me to re-think my typical lunch and replace it with something simple and healthy that I can easily make at home:

Fruite Smoothie:
Mix with plain yogurt or almond milk:

Ingredients
2 navel oranges, peel and pith removed, cut into chunks
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
1.Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately

Today, Janie and I copied our favorite wrap recipe from Rolly Poly, the "Health Nut," and it was yummy and filling:

1 whole grain wrap (I like Mission's multi-grain small wraps)
Low fat cream cheese
Sunflower seeds and cashews
Alfalfa sprouts
Ripe avacado

Layer ingredients on wrap and enjoy! It's so good served with broccoli salad!


And lastly, I'm very excited to try these eBoost vitamin and energy packets. They seem perfect for the inevitable afternoon sinker!
